Digital design for increased engagement

When the world-famous Moorfields Eye Hospital launched its own eye care range, it needed to stand out against an established brand leader that had become almost generic in prescribing. Despite strong NHS credentials and better value for money, the challenge was breaking ingrained habits and building awareness at scale.

As part of Wallace Health Studio, we developed a visually impactful, fully integrated campaign across digital, print, and in-store platforms, ensuring a high level of frequency over a focused 6-month period. By targeting CCGs, pharmacists, and patients with consistent, trusted messaging, we created clear, patient-focused communications that built confidence in the new range.

The campaign delivered 81,000 impressions, reached over 10,000 pharmacies, and achieved 100% growth in just six months. With a relatively modest spend, Moorfields exceeded ambitious forecasts, strengthened its brand presence, and connected more effectively with patients and healthcare professionals alike.
